Transition Plan

Today I looked up early Spring races - 10 milers and Half Marathons. I contemplated picking one to do that I could start training for - to phase me from my 2 mile walks and short distance running back into longer distances. So far it was just a thought since today I just walked - 2.0 miles in 27:57 326cals 1%.

I did 100 crunches.

Miles Remaining: 843.25
Weight: 134.0
