Runderful

I walked/jogged .25 then stretched and then ran 6.5mph for 2.0 miles then cooled down and walked .25. Total Workout: 2.5 miles in 25:15 393cals 1%. The first lap was difficult but then I got into the groove and the rest of the 2 miles felt good.
