Hello 2013!

Nothing like celebrating a new year than by walking 1.0 miles in 14:18 182cals... but to change it up I walked at 4% incline. Because I finally realized if all I am going to do is walk then I better make it a bit more challenging and beneficial.

Weight: N/A ...I really wanted to have batteries by now to have a good "Beginning Weight" for 2013...
