A bit of a run

I walked 1.75 miles at 3% and 4.2mph; then down went the Kindle. I kept it at 3% and then ran at 6.0 for a 1/3 of a lap and then I upped it and did 2 laps at 6.5mph. It felt challenging which felt sad but also felt good to do. I then jogged a lap at 5.0 then 5.5 and ended my run. Total Workout: 2.5 miles in 32:39 453cals.
