Push-ups, Fall Downs

Warm up walking lap playing Solitaire and subjecting myself to pop music then I jogged at 6.0 then 6.5. I then stretched out and at 1.0 miles I started running at 7.0mph (8:34 pace). I did that for a mile. Then I stopped and did 20 push-ups and 10 15-lb kettlebell throws. Those push-ups were easy and quick and I did them without stopping. Then I ran half a mile at 7.5mph and did 20 more push-ups (the first 15 went down and up easy, the final 5 required a break before completing). Then I did individual arm kettlebell throws - 5 each. Then I ran .25 at 8.0mph; then did 20 push-ups where the first 10 were a struggle and the following 5 were harder and the final 5 were down "girl" style. I did 10 more kettlebell throws. Then I ran .25 at 8.5mph and did 10 push-ups with struggle and 10 more girl style, followed by individual arm kettlebell throws. I then pumped myself up to finish strong and ran .25 at 9.0 (6:40); followed by 10 strong push ups and 10 weaker ones (but at least not pathetic ones) and then finally another 10 kettlebell throws.

Total Workout: 4.0 in 36:15 664cals 1%

I then followed it up by hoping that arm pain I experienced was not a torn muscle, that my lower back burn was not a torn muscle, and with a glass of strawberry-chocolate milk.
