Light Jog

I walked 1.0 and listened to PRI's "The World" then I paused for about 10 minutes to recover from a right side-stitch. Then I jogged at 5.0 for .35 and that felt fine enough in my left knee (and left shin) so I bumped it up to 5.2 for a few steps and that felt fine and so from there I ran at 5.5mph. Total Workout: 2.0 in 25:39 322cals 1%

Total Miles: 1351.5
Miles Remaining: 148.5
Weight: 127.8 (because I weighed myself first thing in the morning)
