Pre-Party Run

Knowing that I was about to indulge in beverages and unhealthy snacks, and after having already managed to eat a handful of cookies, I was able to motivate myself to get a good run in. I jogged a lap, then ran a mile at 6.0 and 6.5 then paused a little, then I ran a mile at 7.0 then I paused a minute and then I did another at 7.0, then I jogged a cool down lap. Total Workout: 3.5 miles in 32:15 545cals 1%.
