Final Pre-Race Miles

Ate a salmon feta burger, salad, slice of rye bread, drank water, waited around for about an hour and then ran on the tready. I warmed up for a lap, stretched, listened to PRI's "The World" and then ran at 6.0mph for 2 miles and then I cooled down with a jog/walk. Total Workout: 2.5 miles in 26:41.

Boy am I ever jittery and anxious for the Half!!!

Weight: 125.6 (morning); around 127.0 evening
