Fast Pace

3.0 miles in 23:00; 4.0 in 30:37; 5.0 in 38:28 - average 7:41 pace. Then run home. Total Workout: 5.5 miles in 43:48.

The first 4 miles felt good, the fifth mile was getting a bit rougher but the pace was maintainable thru the mile. Then I ran home at what felt like a faster pace than my watch said, but it was supposed to be a cool down. Then I walked my driveway a few times to cool down for real.
