Evening Walk

I did the daily readings and listened to the audio reflection and then I played Solitaire. Total Workout: 2.0 miles in 29:17 328cals 1% 4.1mph.

This coming Saturday is Just a Short Run 2013 and I am not trained up for it. I was going to just go and get my packet and go home. But then I discovered there is also a 5K! So I changed my registration from the Half Marathon over to the 5K. I'll take it nice and slow and be able to do a nice outdoor 5K -- hopefully by the weekend it will be nice and no longer snowing.
